William was born and raised here in Cheyenne. Married to Cyndi, his childhood sweetheart, they have 2 children, Shanda and Jason, and 3 grandchildren. William has been in real estate for 9 years. He has been the state treasurer for the Wyoming CRS for 2 terms and is currently Vice President of the Wyoming CRS and President-Elect for 2009. William was given the prestigious award of the CRS for the State of Wyoming for 2007. The CRS designation is equivalent to a master's degree. CRS agents are the top 4% of Realtors across the nation. The GRI designation is equivalent to a bachelor's degree. These are two of the most prestigious designations for a REALTOR. William has served on the Cheyenne MLS Board of REALTORS.
