I’m Devan Gable - real estate agent, investor, mom, and
wife. My family and I relocated to Cheyenne in the summer of 2019 and quickly
fell in love with the welcoming close-knit community, the fresh air, and the
wide-open spaces that make Laramie County so special.
I grew up in northern California and after graduating high
school, I enlisted in the US Army as a Combat Media Specialist. During my
service, I supported Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) by completing a deployment
to Iraq - an experience that shaped my dedication and service others while
learning to tackle challenges head-on.
Following my military service, I pursued higher education at
Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas earning a bachelor’s degree in
biology with a minor in chemistry. My career journey took me through a couple
different industries, including several years in the Oil and Gas sector as an
analytical chemist, before transitioning to a role in pharmaceutical quality
control microbiology science. Both of these experiences allowed me to hone my
attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Today, my husband and I are the proud parents to three
active boys. As a family we love spending our downtime exploring the great
outdoors, whether hiking, camping, or adventuring with our german shepherd,
Mila. You’ll often find us cheering on Central sports teams (cross-country,
wrestling, and soccer) or enjoying a drink at one of Cheyenne’s local
establishments.
